The emotions! I freaking loved that movie so much. I took my 7 year old but I thought I probably left with more of a message than he did. I wouldn't say I HAVE anxiety, so much as I often feel anxious, and this is kind of embarrassing, but all week since seeing it, I've been actively thinking "let Joy take the console." Your breakdown of what the emotions are saying in your head made me laugh. So spot on.

This may be weird to hear but it’s not as exhausting as you may think. It can be, of course, and yet in other ways it’s invigorating. We’re a weird breed, us therapists. 🙋♀️🙋♀️

Also I’m obsessed with jellyfish. 🪼 I have the Monterey Bay Aquarian jellyfish live cam saved on my computer as a bookmark for whenever I need it.
Today I learned there are jellyfish live cams and I am SO here for it! That sounds so relaxing.
